AESTHETIC BODY SHAPING WITH KINESIOLOGICAL STRIPS

There is also something like “kinesio taping” (“kinesio” translates as “movement”). This technique was developed by Japanese hand therapist Kenzo Kase in 1973 and is now widely used in modern medicine. Kinesio taping is especially popular with athletes because they are the ones who most often injure joints and muscles. What is the essence of this method? Kinesio tape is attached to the joint, muscle, ligament or tendon in the desired position, thus reducing stress in the area of injury. Lifting the fascia due to fixed skin increases the lymphatic drainage of the damaged area and improves blood supply, which has a positive effect on the healing of the damaged area. During the movement there is alternating tension, then the weakness of the skin, and because the tape is elastic, the effect of a light massage is created.This massage activates the metabolism in the muscles, allowing you to create the best treatment conditions and avoid complete immobilization.

Kinesio taping of the abdomen after childbirth

To reduce stretch marks and strengthen the muscles in the lower abdomen after childbirth. It gives aesthetic pleasure when you look in the mirror. A belt with a belly frame is used for weight loss.

This method allows you to:

* reduce the waist circumference to 3 cm;
* improves digestion;
* increases turgor and elasticity of the skin;
* removes looseness and stretch marks.

Kinesio anti-cellulite strips

When sagging skin and cellulite appear, we are talking about wide strips used on the abdomen and hips after childbirth or drastic weight loss. Many doctors recommend that women who have given birth wear a bandage to restore muscle tone. However, it is visible under clothing and spoils the look. In addition, it does not adhere to the skin as tightly and is not as securely attached as kinesiological straps.
Among other things, the kinesiology tape reduces the load on the muscular corset and takes it over. Kinesio tape, however, maintains this load. This allows the muscles to function properly while getting extra support.
